1. Making Your Booking
To make a booking with VoyHaven, you must complete an enquiry form or contact us directly. Once we have confirmed availability and you are happy to proceed, you will be required to pay a deposit to secure your booking.
🔒 All bookings are financially protected through our ABTA membership. Your money is held in a secure Trust Account.
The lead passenger must be at least 18 years of age and by completing a booking, accepts these conditions on behalf of all passengers in the party.
2. Deposits and Payment Schedule
Initial Deposit
A deposit of 20% of the total booking value is required to confirm your holiday. Deposits are non-refundable unless VoyHaven cancels your holiday.
Balance Due Date
The full balance of your holiday must be paid no later than 84 days (12 weeks) before your departure date. You will receive a payment reminder from us in advance of this date.
Late Bookings
For bookings made within 84 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank transfer (BACS)
- Credit or debit card (via secure payment link)
3. Your Holiday Package
Your holiday package may include any combination of the following:
- Return flights from a UK departure airport
- Hotel or resort accommodation
- Airport transfers
- Tours and excursions (where specified)
- Travel insurance (where specified)
The specific inclusions of your package will be clearly set out in your booking confirmation. Any items not listed in your confirmation are not included in the package price.
4. Changes to Your Booking
Changes Requested by You
If you wish to make changes to your booking after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. An amendment fee of £50 per person per change may apply, in addition to any supplier charges.
Name Changes
Name changes may be possible subject to airline and supplier conditions. Name change fees will be advised at the time of request and must be paid immediately.
5. Cancellation by You
All cancellations must be made in writing to contactus@voyheaven.co.uk. The following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 84 days before departure: Loss of deposit
- 57–84 days before departure: 30% of total cost
- 29–56 days before departure: 50% of total cost
- 15–28 days before departure: 70% of total cost
- 14 days or less before departure: 100% of total cost
6. Travel Documents
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all passengers hold valid travel documents including:
- A valid passport (with at least 6 months validity beyond return date)
- Required visas for your destination country
- Any required vaccination certificates or health documentation
- Travel insurance documents
VoyHaven will not be liable for any costs or losses arising from failure to hold the correct documentation.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Your policy should include cover for:
- Cancellation and curtailment
- Emergency medical expenses and repatriation
- Personal baggage and belongings
- Personal liability
- Missed departure
8. Special Requests
Special requests (e.g. dietary requirements, room preferences, wheelchair assistance) should be made at the time of booking. Whilst we will pass all reasonable requests to the relevant supplier, we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled and they do not form part of the contract.
